Chinmay at Annual Day ( Jharokha) on Jan 29th 2011 Sloka Waldorf School

Chinmay had his Annual Day at Sloka Waldorf School - where he performed the role of ' The Dolphin' in the "God's Creations parable-play.'

The attendees to see the performance by Class Three included, the 80 day-old sister Devika. She was on her first formal outing from home.

Devika was quite pleased to step out of home - on the long 20 kilometre drive with her Papa-Mama. She had not had her sleep through the day but fortunately caught up on some sleep for an hour before the long drive.
Devika's Mama was not too confident of the baby's good performance if taken into the Hall. As a result, Baby and her Mama stood outside the Hall to watch the Show.

The Performance by the Class Three students included roles played by students of Water, Birds, Whales, Dolphin, Giraffe & Man etc.

The audience gave the class a good clap in response. However, Devika did not seem to be too pleased with her big brother's stage performance - and bawled her way to ensure a walkout with Mom from the Hall !
